Speaking during the event, Shri. Devi Prasad Mishra, Minister of Industries, School and Mass Education–Odisha said, “Sanitation and cleaned ambiance will encourage the Primary level education and will be helpful in empowering education to the children. Adding to it, the MLA spoke that technology involvement in the primary level of education will help in poverty eradication. Welcoming the delegates, Paramita Chakrabarti, of ATC team reiterated that ATC is committed towards CSR activities and social up-liftman.
ATC India’s philanthropy program aims at integrating education with technology. It has partnered with HiWEL & NIIT foundation to provide to provide access to computer-based learning to underprivileged children through e-learning kiosks at community/government run schools and e-learning kiosks at ATC tower sites. In the state of Bhubaneswar, it has successfully implemented 6 integrated HiWEL Learning Stations, Solar and Sanitation CSR projects. These projects aims at enhancing functional computer literacy among school children aged between 6 and 14 years and supports ‘Swach Bharat’ abhiyan.
