Being the chief guest in the inaugural session of the conference Dr. D. N. Gupta, Special Secretary to Govt., P&C department graced the occasion and spoke on the role of the industries and research in a global prospective. Symbiosis Institute, XIME, SP Pune University, Central University of Jharkhand, KIIT University, SOA University, ASBM, SGMI, IMIs along with Ethiopia & Mexican Universities were presented and discussed. The research papers were mainly on emerging trends in Indian Financial System, Leveraging Human Resource, innovative practices in Supply-Chain management, corporate practices for competitive advantage and impact of IT in India industries. In the concluding session five best papers of the conference were awarded. The conference was convened by Prof. Santanu Das, Prof. B. Chhabra and Prof. P. Jindal.
