Centre cracks whip on Hurriyat, ED issues summons to Shabir Shah

The Modi Government has decided to crack the whip on Hurriyat leaders, who make merry on Indian money, but support Pakistan agenda. The ED has issued summons to ‘Terror Financier’ Shabir Shah under Prevention of Money Laundering Act. Shabir had come to Delhi yesterday to meet Sartaj Aziz.

The NSA level talks between India and Pakistan were cancelled, as India refused to allow any discussion on Kashmir issue and wanted to focus only on terrorism. India also asked Pakistan not to meet Hurriyat leaders. The Hurriyat leaders rejected the Indian government’s stricture to turn down Pakistan’s invitation to meet Sartaj Aziz.
