ONI Bureau: As per the latest trends received by the Election Commission of India at 4:30 PM, Congress is all set to form Government in Chhattisagarh and Rajasthan and just short of a few seats in Madhya Pradesh. To capture power in Madhya Pradesh, Congress has already started talking to smaller parties and BSP and Samajwadi Party.
