ONI Bureau: Putting another step towards Smart City, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday launched city wide Wi-Fi project titled “Bhubaneswar Me Wi-Fi’’.
Reportedly, the access will be extended to 500 Wi-Fi hotspots and each spot will provide service to least 150 users.
Each user will be allowed for 30 minutes to use the Wi-Fi service with a usage limit of 250 MB data at a speed up to 2 Mbps, reportedly.
On day one, the project with the portal www.bhubaneswar.me, has been started with 100 hotspots having 275 access points. Bhubaneswar would be 518 hotspots across the city in all three phases, reportedly.
