The software will provide an integrated services for traffic management system, emergency response, incident management, event and disaster response services, smart tracking of transit and Transport services, parking management and common payment card system on one platform.
According to sources, the system would have a common call centre for citizens to connect with through e-mails, phone calls, WhatsApp and other social media platforms.
The project is to be implemented with an estimated cost of Rs 350 crore.
