Naveen Patnaik flags off 30 City Buses in Cuttack

The Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) has decided to launch 100 new city bus service in Cuttack. Services would be provided through Cuttack Urban Transport Service limited under Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM).

Each city bus will be equipped with facilities such as GPRS, CCTV, fire extinguishers and double-door system. A bus terminal would be opened up at Naraj which would be constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 4. 92 crores, consist of toilets, water facilities, market complex and garage facilities.
