ONI Bureau: Requesting people not to panic, Odisha Health Minister Pratap Jena today informed that the Government has not found any traces of the formalin in the samples sent for testing.
The Health Department had collected 137 fish samples that had been collected from several districts. 89 samples have been tested so far in the state laboratory and no traces of Formalin were found, Health Minister informed to the news men today.
However, the rest samples were sent for testing and if any traces of cancer-causing formalin will be detected, Government will take appropriate measures regarding that, the Minister stated.
