Odisha Congress to start ‘Jagaran Yatra’ from Oct 14

Bhubaneswar, Oct 12: Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) held a special preparatory meeting over ‘Padayatra’ on Sunday at Congress Bhawan. OPCC President Prasad Harichandan said that it is decided at the meeting to rename the campaign as ‘Jagaran Yatra’.

Harichandan  said the walkathon will be launched on October 14 in two districts –Angul and Dhenkanal in the first phase which will be continued till April next year. He said that the campaign will be launched from Dhokuta to Bantala in Angul district and from Kurundi to Manpur in Dhenkanal.
