Odisha to launch crackdown on Errant Drivers

The Odisha Government has decided to launch a massive crackdown on errant drivers. Professional photographers to be engaged in Bhubaneswar to keep a tab on such people. In addition, common people can also take photographs and pass on those to the RTO.

Drivers using mobile phones while driving, parking vehicles in non-parking zones, driving under the influence of alcohol, will face stringent punishment, including fine and suspension of driving license.

Overloading vehicles and those carrying excess passengers, will also be penalised.
