Terror Threat: High Alert issued across Odisha

After the Union Home Ministry sent an advisory to all major states in India, warning of a possible terror attack, high alert has been issued across Odisha. At least three Pakistani terrorists have reportedly entered India and it’s not known where they are located now.

Security has been tightened at various key installations in the state, including Hirakud Dam, Puri Jagannath Temple, Konark Temple, Lingaraj Temple, government offices, defence facilities and Biju Patnaik International Airport.

All District SPs have been asked to stay vigilant and keep a tab on all suspicious activities without fail.
