2nd Win for Mumbai Indians; beat SRH by 20 Runs

The Mumbai Indians scored their second win in seven matches at the IPL 8, as they defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by 20 runs this evening. It was a low-scoring match at Wankhede Stadium. But, Mumbai had the last laugh.

Earlier, Mumbai Indians posted 157/8 in 20 overs. Lendl Simmons (51), Rohit Sharma (24) and Kieron Pollard (33) were the top scorers. Bhuvneshwar Kumar took three wickets, while Dale Steyn and Praveen Kumar took two wickets each.

In reply, Sunrisers Hyderabad could manage just 137/8 in 20 overs. Shikhar Dhawan (42), Lokesh Rahul (25) and Ravi Bopara (23) tried their best, but in vain. For Mumbai, Lasith Malinga took four wickets, while Mitchell McClenaghan took three wickets. Malinga was declared ‘Man of the Match’.
