BIIT Bhubaneswar organises Seminar on Entrepreneurship Development 2015

Change the time, higher your confidence. Be an imaginative person, keep taking small steps. Learn to live every moment of your life. When discussion is on these topics, then people get motivated automatically. There are one speaker and hundreds of listeners. On Tuesday the same atmosphere was seen at Bhubaneswar Institute of Industrial Technology (BIIT), Bhubaneswar. Occasion was the seminar organized on Entrepreneurship Development 2015.

The chief guest Mr. Santosh Dev Thakur, a 25 aged nationally recognized motivational speaker, author, entrepreneur and corporate trainer, made the atmosphere fully motivated. He shared many real life incidences and success stories.

According to MR. Thakur, where there is energy in students and zeal to learn, the role of teacher, guide or coach is very high. When a student is positive and confident enough for his dreams, a proper guidance can create wonders. It’s a saying “when the student is ready, teacher will emerge.” When the learner is ready, then life starts teaching him. You can only take a horse to water pond, you can’t make him drink water.

World is of competition today. But the fact is where, there are difficulties, there lies opportunity. Success is making the best out of those small opportunities. For the same one hour job, a labor is paid 20, an engineer is paid 200 and for the same one hour operation a doctor is paid 2-4 lakhs. It’s not about the time you work, but the skill you have that you give in that time frame. Work on your skill development and you will never lack job.
