CCWD observes Children’s Day in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar, Nov 16: City based voluntary organization named Center for Child and Women Development (CCWD), practical action, Bernard van leer foundation & Naba Pallava celebrated children’s day here at BMC Community center unit-8.

Inaugurating the programme City Mayer Ananta Narayan Jena said children should be smart for their future Development. Among others   Deputy Mayer K.shanti,    Noted child Novelist Sarat Nayak,   Suryamani Samantaray ,  Retd.

Director of All India radio  Dr. Krutibash Nayak, Journalist Surendra patra, practical action programme manager Rashmi Patel & Dr. Birupakhya Dixit, programme coordinator  of practical action joined as guest. They gave a clarion call that   educate the child and identify the inherent quality among children.

The programme presided by Sadasiv Swain secretary of CCWD. Lastly  Mamata singh proposed a warm vote of thanks to all. As many as 150 children from different slum pockets participated in this programme
