PM Modi goes Live on TV, appeals for Peace in Gujarat

In his televised address to people of Gujarat, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has appealed for peace in Gujarat, saying violence does not benefit anybody. He advocates peaceful dialogue to find solution to any problem. “Everyone must work together for development & it is through development that we can serve the people especially the poor”, he said.

It is my appeal to all of you- the only Mantra must be Shanti”, he added. The Patel Patidar community led by Hardik Patel, has been on a warpath with the government since yesterday.
