5 killed, 3 injured in Truck-Auto collision in Puri Dist

ONI Bureau:  As many as five people killed and three others injured after a truck and an auto-rickshaw collided on new Jagannath Sadak near Sukala of Odisha’s Puri district last night.

The deceased and injured have been identified as the residents of Andalsingha village under Kanasa block in the district.

Reportedly, eight persons were returning after attending a funeral at Swargadwar in Puri when the mishap occured.

Among the injured who were rushed to the hospital, some are stated to be in critical condition.
