Bihar Governor Satya Pal Malik to take additional charge of Odisha
ONI Bureau: The President Ram Nath Kovind on Tuesday directed Satya Pal Malik, Governor of Bihar, to take charge of Odisha Governor’s duties in addition to his own duties as Governor SC Jamir’s term ends today. Jamir was appointed as the Governor of Odisha on March 9, 2013 and sworn-in on March 21, 2013.
Satya Pal Malik, the present Governor of Bihar was the member of the 9th Lok Sabha represented Aligarh Constituency and member of Rajya sabha from Uttar Pradesh from 1980-86 and 1986-1992.
