Havildar, Constable, Sepoys Confederation wear Black Badge; Talk remains inconclusive

Members of Odisha Havildar, Sepoy and Constable Confederation today wore black badge demanding fulfillment of six demands, including grade pay, regularization of contractual jobs and other demands.

The Mahasangha leaders threatened to cease work from September 23, if their demands are not fulfill by the State Government.

In this connection, the members of the Mahasangh had a meeting with DGP KB Singh and Home Secretary but the meeting remained inconclusive.
