ONI Bureau:  As uncertainty prevailed over the flight operations from the Veer Surendra Sai (VSS) Airport at Jharsuguda, local Congress MLA Naba Kumar Das raised concern and sought Chief Minister’s intervention for daily flights.

In a letter to Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, Congress MLA Naba Das sought his intervention for regular operation of flights from Jharsuguda. He also demanded to name the airport in the memory of Veer Surendra Sai under the Centre’s UDAN scheme.
