Mahanadi Row: 12 Member BJD team to visit Chhattisgarh on August 7

The ruling-BJD on Friday informed that a 12 member BJD team would visit Chhattisgarh to take stock of the situation over Mahanadi issue.

The Senior BJD leader & MP Prassana Acharya would lead the team, which is scheduled to visit the neighbouring state on August 7 and 8.

The team will hold discussion with the concerned department and officials of the Chhattisgarh government regarding the ongoing Mahanadi river dispute between the two states and submit the report to the Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
