Mahanadi Row: Chhattisgarh-visiting BJD team to hold Meet today

The ruling-BJD on Friday informed that a 12 member BJD team, led by Rajya Sabha MP Prasanna Acharya, would visit Chhattisgarh on August 7 and 8 to take an on-spot assessment of the ongoing projects over Mahanadi.

In this regard, Prasanna Acharya will hold a meeting with the team members today.

The team will prepare a detailed report on the ongoing water projects in Chhattisgarh.

The ruling party had formed a team, consisting of Food Supplies Minister Sanjay Dasburma, Finance Minister Pradip Amat, Industries Minister Debi Prasad Mishra, Mangala Kishan, WODC Chairman  Kishore Mohanty, Pramila Mallik and Raseswari Panigrahi and others.
