Monsoon to hit Odisha on the Second week of June

Soaring heat waves, lack of electricity due to Cyclone Fani, and the summer gripping the people of Odisha will most likely be battled by the monsoon which is likely to touch Odisha coast on June 10.

In at least 10 places across the State, mercury has remained constantly above 40 degree Celsius for the past few days.

As per the Skymet Weather, the monsoon will enter Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh around June 5 and later advance towards Odisha.
