Odisha bids adieu to SC Jamir

ONI Bureau: Former Governor of Odisha SC Jamir given a ceremonial sent-off & guard of honour at Biju Patnaik International Airport in Bhubaneswar on Saturday.

The outgoing Governor Jamir’s tenure as Governor of Odisha had ended on March 20. On 21st March 2018 Satya Pal Malik, the present Governor of Bihar took additional charge to serve as Odisha Governor.

Earlier, Jamir addressed at the inaugural day of Budget Session of the Odisha Legislative Assembly on the last day of his tenure. He has received Guard of Honour on the premises of Odisha Assembly.
