State Vigilance conducts Raids across Odisha

As part of an anti-corruption drive, the State Vigilance today conducted raids across Odisha for allegedly possessing disproportionate assets.

Vigilance raided the house of Food Supplies Joint Secretary Narendra Rout at Jagannath Prasad, office at Soro and a flat at Bhubaneswar today morning.

Vigilance officers also raided the houses of Kespur Primary School teacher Sanjukta Rout and Sirisi TRW High School Headmaster Surendra Deep of Nabarangpur for possessing disproportionate properties and bank balance.

Searches were still going on and the total amount of identified assets will be known after the completion of search operation, said officials.
